摘要（英）：
Method and apparatus for self-calibration expression control of the gas flow. Gas flow rate is set at first, there is a high precision by controlling the flow rate restricting portion opening, the design of the apparatus including a flow restriction valve is adapted to achieve a high accuracy. Then, the gas flow rate is measured by the pressure drop upstream of the flow restriction valve, if necessary, to obtain the exact flow desired, it is adjusted the degree of opening of the flow limiting valve.
