본발명은 CRRT에서사용하기위한다부분유체시스템에관한것으로, 상기다부분유체시스템은항응고유체와, 투석유체와주입유체로이루어진그룹으로부터의적어도하나의유체를포함한다. 본발명에따르면, 항응고유체는적어도 8 mM의구연산염을포함하고, 투석유체및/또는주입유체는 2 내지 8 mM의구연산염과총 15 mM의칼슘을포함한다. 본발명은또한체외혈액처리에서의국소적구연산염항응고를위한시스템에관한것이다.

The present invention relates to a multi-part fluid system for use in a CRRT, the multi-part fluid system comprises at least one fluid from the group consisting of the anticoagulant fluid, dialysis fluid and the injected fluid. According to the invention, the anticoagulant fluid is at least 8 mM, and include citrate, dialysis fluids and / or infusion fluid comprises citrate and calcium in a total of 15 mM of 2 to 8 mM.
