A method for generating a radial alignment guide for the eye includes the steps of collecting preoperative (preoperative) sorting the data in relation to the pupil (pupil) from the eye that is not inflated. The method further includes the step of displaying the sorted data for the image of the eye in relation to the expansion center of the pupil.
