디지털노광방법및 이를수행하기위한디지털노광장치에서, 기판에형성되는적어도 2개이상의패턴각각에대하여그래픽데이터시스템(GDS) 파일을제작한다. 상기그래픽데이터시스템(GDS) 파일로부터디지털마이크로미러디바이스(DMD) 온/오프데이터를생성한다. 상기디지털마이크로미러디바이스(DMD) 온/오프데이터에따라상기기판을노광한다. 따라서, 표시패널의패턴을형성하는메인노광과, 각표시패널과기판의고유번호를형성하고기판의주변부를제거하는주변노광을한번에일괄수행함에따라공정을단순화하여비용을절감할수 있다.
