Apparatus includes a selection logic configured to select a first subset of samples of the first set stored in the first set of registers. The first subset comprises a first sample stored in the first register of the first set of registers, and further includes a second sample is stored in a second register of the register of the first set. Apparatus further comprises a shifting logic configured to shift the samples of the second set is stored in the second set of registers. Device, based on the first subset, and further based on the second subset of samples of the shifted second set, further includes a channel estimator configured to generate a first value associated with the channel estimate.
