동작수행중 다른요청을우선처리할수 있는비휘발성메모리컨트롤러, 이를포함하는시스템및 그관리방법이개시된다. 발명의일 실시예에따른비휘발성메모리시스템은플래시메모리의상기메타데이터를로드하기위한제1 메모리; 상기제1 메모리에저장된상기메타데이터를복사하여저장하기위한제2 메모리를구비하여, 상기메타데이터의변경을요하는제1 유형동작에대해서, 상기제1 메모리에저장된메타데이터를상기제2 메모리로복사하여변경한후, 변경된메타데이터를상기제1 메모리에재저장함으로써현재처리중인동작을잠깐멈추고다른요청을우선적으로처리할수 있다. 이로써, 호스트에대한응답시간을줄일수 있다.

The system and its management method, including performing operations of first to process other requests the non-volatile memory controller, that it is disclosed.
