The present invention AtCYP78A7 specific monoclonal antibodies and directed to a fusing cells producing said monoclonal antibody, AtCYP78A7 specificity of the inventive monoclonal antibody transgenic plants overexpressing AtCYP78A7 genes involved in various metabolism in plants (GM crops) target may be useful in human risk assessment via the environmental monitoring or amino acid sequence homology analysis, the physicochemical stability test, allergy animal model testing and patient serum IgE binding assays and the like.
