본 발명에 따른 전이원소가 코-도핑 된 이산화바나듐 제조방법에 의하면, 전이온도가 상온 부근으로 낮추며 안정된 이산화바나듐 분말을 일반적인 공정을 사용하여 제조가 가능하며, 상기 제조된 분말은 쉽게 분산 후 열전이용 필름으로 적용이 가능하다. 또한, 이렇게 제조된 전이원소가 코-도핑 된 이산화바나듐 미세 입자는 적외선의 투과 및 반사를 온도에 따라 선택적으로 할 수 있어, 건물 및 자동차 유리에 응용하여 높은 에너지 절감 효과 갖는 장점이 있다.
