본 발명은 자력을 이용한 회전동력 발생장치에 있어서, 내부자성체(4)의 외면에 영구자석(6)과 외부자성체(8)를 적층하여 통체(2)를 형성하되, 영구자석(6)에 의해 통체(2) 내부와 외부가 서로 다른 극성의 자기력이 강하게 작용하여 공간자석을 형성함에 따라 N,S극성이 맞닿는 통체(2)의 양측 입구에 자력극성 경계부(12)가 형성되게 하고, 자기력에 의해 통체(2) 내부를 왕복 운동하는 전자석(10)을 축대(14)에 연결설치하되, 전자석(10)이 통체(2)의 자력극성 경계부(12)에 위치하는 타이밍을 고려하여 전자석(10)에 인가되는 전류의 흐름 방향을 변경함으로써 전자석(10)의 극성을 변환하는 극성변환 제어부(24)를 구성하며, 축대(14)의 타단에는 베어링(22)을 형성하고 크랭크핀(18)과 축대(14)를 커넥팅 로드(20)를 통해 연결하여 축회전하게 설치함에 따라 전자석(10)의 왕복 운동에 의한 축대(14)의 직선운동을 크랭크축(16)의 회전운동으로 변환하여 회전동력을 생성하게 구성하여, 영구자석(6)이 부착된 통체(20)의 자기력과 전자석(10)의 극성변환에 의한 왕복운동을 크랭크축(16)의 회전운동으로 변환하여 회전동력을 발생시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
