본 발명은 기밀용기의 벽체(11) 내측 표면에 합성수지 라이닝(lining)(12)이 형성되어 각종 액상 화공약품이 적재되는 저장 탱크에 관한 것으로, 저장 탱크의 라이닝(12) 부착면과 외부를 연통하는 점검공(40)을 저장 탱크 벽체(11)를 관통하여 형성하고, 점검공(40) 천공 부위의 라이닝(12) 외측 표면에 기준마크(15)를 표시하거나, 점검공(40)에 결합되는 마개(50)에 표시편(51)을 부착하거나, 또는 점검공(40)과 연결되는 수집병(60)을 설치하여, 기준마크(15) 또는 표시편(51)의 변형 및 변성을 확인하거나 수집병(60)의 수집물을 검사함으로써, 라이닝(12)의 이상 유무를 간편하고 정밀하게 점검할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
본 발명을 통하여, 화공약품이 적재된 상태의 사용중 저장 탱크 라이닝(12)을 신속하고 간편하게 점검할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 화공약품 탱크 라이닝(12)의 일상적인 상시 점검이 가능하며, 이로써 저장 탱크 라이닝(12)의 성능을 지속적으로 파악하고 저장 탱크의 부식 및 화공약품의 누출을 근본적으로 방지하여, 화공약품 저장 탱크의 운용 안전성을 크게 개선할 수 있다.
