본 발명의 안전조끼 겸용 차량 시트용 안전벨트 구조체는, 탑승자의 상체에 착용되며 후면 중앙에 브래킷(10)이 고정된 안전벨트(20)와, 상기 브래킷(10)이 록킹 결합되도록 시트(30)의 등받이부(32) 안쪽 중앙에 설치되는 벨트고정 모듈부(40)와, 상기 시트(30)의 착석부(34)에 설치되는 벨트 릴리즈 레버부(50)와, 상기 벨트고정 모듈부(40)와 벨트 릴리즈 레버부(50)를 연결하여 벨트 릴리즈 레버부(50)의 당김동작에 따라 견인되면서 벨트고정 모듈부(40)와 브래킷(10)의 결합상태를 해제시키는 케이블(60)로 구성되어 있으므로, 안전조끼 겸용 안전벨트(20)로 일체화시킨 간단한 구조이면서도 안전조끼에서 안전벨트(20)로 변환될 때 별도의 부가수단을 사용할 필요가 없을 뿐만 아니라 안전성을 높이고 사용의 편리성을 높인 효과가 있다.
