The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of anti-furan-based copolyamide containing an aliphatic diamine of at least more than one type of furan-based dicarboxylic acid (dicarboxylic acid) and one kinds of (diamine) in the main chain by using a solid-phase polymerization, in particular biomass-derived furan-based dicarboxylic acid to a method of manufacturing a semi-furan-based copolyamide used as a raw material. According to the method of the invention, anti-furan-based copolyamide by manufacturing, only can from biomass derived from furan-based dicarboxylic acid to obtain a semi-furan-based copolyamide having a high level for the molecular weight and color is applied to an actual industrial well, being able to replace fossil fuels because it has excellent thermal stability may be useful in environmentally friendly bio-plastic.
