摘要：

The present invention relates to a method of measuring dissolved methane in seawater, which includes the steps of a) refrigerating a sample in a vacuum vessel into which cadmium chloride is introduced; b) allowing the vessel to be in thermal equilibrium between the vessel and surroundings after vibrating the vessel; c) allowing the sample in the vessel to pass through a methane separator to separate dissolved methane from residues; and d) analyzing the separated dissolved methane by using a mass spectrometer. According to the method of measuring dissolved methane in seawater of the present invention, recovery rate of the dissolved methane is increased to a maximum so that the analysis rate thereof can be increased, and analysis is made possible with a small amount of a sample. In addition, besides the measurement of the dissolved methane, the measurement method according to the present invention can simultaneously perform sulfur isotope analysis by using the sample from which the dissolved methane is extracted.
