摘要：
본 발명은 트리톤(Triton) X-100 첨가에 의한 세포 내 극소량 존재하는 miRNA 검출 효율을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시료 내 극소량으로 존재하는 miRNA를 빠른 시간에 정량적으로 분석이 가능하다. 또한, 본 발명의 트리톤(Triton) X-100을 추가한 miRNA 검출방법은 트리졸 시약만을 이용하였을 경우와 비교하여 약 2배 이상 검출 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a method for increasing the detection efficiency of miRNA present in very small amounts in the cells by Triton (Triton) X-100 was added. According to the invention, it is possible to quantitatively analyze the miRNA present in a sample within a very small amount in a short time. In addition, Triton (Triton) X-100 by adding the miRNA detection method of the present invention can increase the detection efficiency more than about 2 times as compared with the case using only the tree hayeoteul sol reagent.
