The present invention is invented to solve a problem of an existing technology. A purpose of the present invention is providing an agricultural spray apparatus having a foreign matter discharge means which prevents damage of a spray apparatus by penetration of foreign matters into the spray apparatus by filtering the foreign matters included in drugs or water by using a filter even during easy short distance dispersion spraying or long distance spraying of drugs or water supplied in high pressure in stages, and easily discharges the foreign matters filtered by the filter to the outside by using a filtering part having a discharge pipe penetrated, a discharge hole penetrated to be corresponding to the filtering part, and an opening and closing tool formed to open and close the discharge hole.
