The present invention relates to a method and a server for providing a transaction service of a stock remaining after construction based on a location of the stock. The present invention comprises the steps of searching for at least one stock remaining after construction, which satisfies product information and quantity information of a construction material requested for purchase by a database; calculating at least one of a shortest distance and a minimum time required in transportation of the at least one stock corresponding to the quantity information from destination information of the construction material requested for purchase and location information of the stock; providing at least one of the calculated shortest distance and minimum time and purchase costs for a client; and providing location information of the at least one stock corresponding to the purchase costs for the client if payment of the purchase costs is confirmed.
