The present invention relates to an underground distribution line protecting pipe capable of safely protecting a distribution line buried underground from seepage water introduced thereinto and external force. An underground distribution line protecting pipe according to the present invention includes: a connecting member (100) for interconnecting pipe bodies (200); the pipe body (200) having elasticity to protect a distribution line (L) from seepage water and external force by being connected to both ends of the connecting member (100); and a connector (300) movably installed into the connecting member (100) to electrically connect with the distribution line (L). According to one embodiment, since the pipe body is fabricated of synthetic rubber, the interior can be sealed when the pipe body is coupled to a receiving part, so that the seepage water is thoroughly blocked. In addition, even though external force is operated on the pipe body, after the pipe body is modified corresponding to it, the pipe body can be restored, so that the possibility that the pipe body is damaged is greatly reduced. In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, since a connector is movably coupled to the connecting member, when tension is operated on the distribution line, the connector moves through the medium of a guide member inserted into a rail hole in the tension operating direction, so that the distribution line can be prevented from being cut off or open-circuited. In addition, since a distribution line fixing member is operated as a stopper, the movement of the connector can be limited, so that the location of the connector is prevented from being changed.
