본 발명은 구동시의 열 발생량을 감소시킨 고체 레이저 장치 및, 그의 구동방법에 관한 것이다. 고체 레이저 장치는 여기 에너지를 입력 받아 레이저 광을 생성하고 레이저 광이 응축된 단속적인 펄스 형태의 레이저 펄스 광을 출력하는 이득 매질과, 이득 매질에 인접하여 배치되며, 레이저 펄스 광의 주기에 동기화된 펄스 신호인 펌핑제어신호에 따라 이득 매질에 여기광을 방사하여 여기 에너지를 주입하는 광펌핑부를 포함하되, 광펌핑부는 레이저 펄스 광의 출력이 상승하기 이전에 턴 온(turn on)된다.

The present invention relates to a solid-state laser device that reduces the amount of generation of heat during operation and, a method of driving.
