The present invention relates to a reinforced ground retaining wall with excellent workability and structural stability. The reinforced ground retaining wall includes: multiple framed surface members (10); front-mesh type reinforcements (100) which have the front ends coupled to the surface members (10) and are embedded in underlying compacted soil; rear-mesh type reinforcements (200) which have front ends coupled to the rear ends of the front-mesh type reinforcements (100) and are embedded in the underlying compacted soil; and spiral binding agents (300) which couple the rear ends of the front-mesh type reinforcements (100) and the front ends of the rear-mesh type reinforcements (200) to form spiral structures.
