본 발명은 정전기 발생 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 차량으로부터 탑승자의 하차 시 차량 내부의 먼지를 제거하고, 침입 감지 시스템과 연계하여 차량 및 차량 내부 물건의 도난을 방해 및 방지할 수 있는 도난 방지를 위한 정전기를 발생시키는 차량용 정전기 발생 장치에 관한 것으로, 탑승자의 하차 시 차량 매트에 구성된 정전기 발생부를 통해 정전기를 발생시켜 차량 내부의 먼지를 집진하는 차량 집진 매트를 구성함으로써 차량 사용자가 용이하게 먼지를 제거할 수 있고, 차량 정전 집진 매트를 정전기 발생부와 상기 정전기 발생부에 탈착이 용이하도록 매트를 구성함으로써 청소가 용이하고, 지저분해지거나 헤어진 매트만을 교체할 수 있도록 구성할 수 있으며, 차량 침입 방지 시스템과 연동하여 침입 감지 시 차량 내부의 바닥에 깔� � 차량 정전 집진 매트를 통해 강한 정전기를 발생시킴으로써 침입자의 내부 침입을 방해할 수 있고, 이로 인해 침입자의 침입 진입을 지연시켜 차량 사용자의 대처 시간을 확보하거나, 침입자를 놀라게 하거나 기절시켜 차량 침입에 의한 차량 및 차량 내부 물건의 도난을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 가지는 것이다.
