본원발명은 프로폴리스를 추출하는 방법에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 프로폴리스를 추출하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 칠해목을 껍질이 벗겨지지 않도록 물로 세척하고 건조한 후 작게 절단하는 단계와 (b) 프로폴리스 원괴를 물로 세척하는 단계와 (c) 잘게 절단된 칠해목 10kg과 95%주정 100ℓ를 교반기에 넣고 10일간 교반시키는 단계와 (d) (c)단계에서 생긴 A용액와 프로폴리스 원괴를 2:1의 중량 비율로 교반시키는 단계와 (e) 0℃ 이하의 온도에서 (d)단계에서 생긴 B용액를 여과지에 3번 여과시키는 단계를 포함하는 칠해목을 이용한 프로폴리스의 추출방법에 관한 것이다.
