The current sense resistor and a resistance temperature coefficient (TCR) compensation current sensing resistor with a manufacturing method is disclosed. The resistor has a resistance strip is disposed between two conductive strips. A couple weeks terminals and a pair of voltage sense terminals are formed in the conductive strips. And TCR setting slot of a pair of rough graduation are arranged between the main terminals and the voltage sense terminals, the rough scale of the TCR setting slots selected depth each to obtain a start TCR negative values observed in the voltage sense terminals have. The precise TCR setting slot is formed between a pair of voltage sense terminals. Precise TCR setting slot has a selected depth of the TCR value that is observed at the voltage sense terminals to be close to zero. Has a selected depth of the slot is set to measure a resistance value of the resistor resistance.
