The present invention relates to a high-strength inorganic polymer mortar composition for repair and strengthening of a concrete pipe and a method for repair and strengthening of a concrete pipe. The purpose of the present invention is to minimize the quantity reduction of concrete pipes and repair and strengthen concrete by using a high-strength inorganic polymer composition of a repair-strengthening material with the same components as the concrete. Therefore, the concrete pipe and the repair-strengthening material are reliably attached to maintain high strength.
