Disclosed is a non-transferable hollow plasma torch. The non-transferable hollow plasma torch includes a rear torch part and a front torch part. The rear torch part includes a rear electrode housing whose both sides are opened, a hollow rear electrode body which is fixed in the rear electrode housing, and a magnetic coil which is wound around the rear electrode housing to correspond to the rear electrode body and induces plasma arc from the non-transferable hollow plasma torch to one end of the rear electrode body by generating a magnetic field.
