The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-layered separation film with enhanced thermal resistance for a secondary battery and a separation film manufactured by the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a three-layered separation film with enhanced thermal resistance for a secondary battery capable of manufacturing a multi-layered separation film with enhanced thermal resistance and accordingly improving thermal stability by dividing a nozzle block of an electro-spraying device into three electro-spraying sections in a progress direction and electro-spraying heat-resistant polymers and inorganic polymers continuously in each electro-spraying section and a separation film manufactured by the same. The method includes: a step of electro-spraying a solution which is made by dissolving first heat-resistant polymers filled in a first supply device into an organic solvent onto a collector to form a first heat-resistant electro-spraying polymer non-woven fabric; a step of electro-spraying a solution which is made by dissolving inorganic polymers filled in a second supply device into an organic solvent onto the top surface of the first heat-resistant electro-spraying polymer non-woven fabric to stack an inorganic electro-spraying polymer non-woven fabric; and a step of electro-spraying a solution which is made by dissolving second heat-resistant polymers into an organic solvent onto the top surface of the inorganic electro-spraying polymer non-woven fabric to stack a second heat-resistant electro-spraying polymer non-woven fabric.
