따라서 본 발명은 혼커버와 마운팅플레이트의 구성요소만으로 혼플레이트를 설치할 수 있기 때문에, 이피피폼(EEP FOAM)성형체를 제거할 수 있어 원가를 절감함과 아울러 조립성을 용이하게 향상할 수 있으며, 마운팅플레이트의 내측돌출부의 외측면과 외측돌출부의 내측면 사이에 보강부가 형성되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 혼커버의 내부 중앙부위에 삽입홈이 형성되어 상기 마운팅플레이트의 내측돌출부의 선단부가 상기 혼커버의 삽입홈에 삽입되기 때문에, 혼커버를 누르면 신속하게 마운팅플레이트가 이동하면서 혼플레이트를 작동할 수 있어 운전자가 혼커버를 누름과 동시에 경보장치를 작동할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.
