본 발명은 무흉터 내시경 수술용 멀티모달 공초점 내시 현미경에 관한 것으로, 다양한 파장의 레이저를 출사하는 광생성부, 상기 광생성부에서 출사되는 광을 공초점 방식으로 스캐닝하도록 다수의 광학계와 광검출부로 구성되어 동기화를 통해 2차원 영상을 획득하는 공초점 현미경부, 상기 공초점 현미경부에서 출사된 광을 입사받는 결합광학계, 상기 결합광학계를 투과한 광을 입사받아 전달하는 광섬유 다발 및 상기 광섬유 다발에서 출사되는 광을 소형 프로브를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
