파쇄체는 탄체가 목표물과 충돌하여 발생되는 충돌에너지에 의해 파쇄되는 파쇄 충진체와, 상기 파쇄 충진체를 수용하며 상기 탄체가 목표물과 충돌시 생성되는 충돌에너지 및 내부 압력을 파쇄 충진체 내부에 집중시키는 동시에 충돌시 파쇄 충진체의 내부 압력을 상승시킴으로서 상기 파쇄 충진제를 보다 잘게 파쇄되도록 하는 플라스틱 내압 케이스로 이루어진다. 그리고 연습용 탄은 추진 장약의 폭발력에 의해 비행이 이루어지는 탄체와, 그리고 탄체에 수용되며 중량을 조절 및 파쇄 충진체의 파쇄가 용이한 구조를 갖는 파쇄체를 구비한다.
