The present invention relates to a tire pressure sensing module and a tire pressure sensing system including the same which simply identifies the position of a tire sensing module and automatically allocates a position. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tire sensing module comprises a phase angle sensor which senses the phase angle of a wheel; a pressure sensing sensor which senses the pressure or temperature of a tire; a pressure sensing control unit which selects one transmission pattern among multiple transmission patterns arranged in phase angle numbers, and calculates a standby time required until the phase angle number of the selected transmission pattern agrees with the phase angle of the sensed wheel; and a pressure sensing transmitting unit which transmits tire information including the sensed pressure value or temperature value according to the selected transmission pattern, transmission pattern information, that is, the information on the selected transmission pattern, and the standby time.
