The present invention relates to a rapid synthetic gas production apparatus and a method of the same from a biodiesel byproduct using microwave plasma, more specifically, to a rapid synthetic gas production apparatus and a method of the same using a plasma generator for generating plasma flame, and supplying waste glycerin which is the biodiesel byproduct to the high temperature plasma flame as fuel for gasifying. The gasification is promoted by supplying the fuel in various shapes and methods for increasing the contacting time or contacting area of the fuel with the plasma flame.
