본 발명은 수막 해석 예측 시 타이어의 구조 및 패턴에 따른 수막 성능을 정량적이면서 효율적으로 해석하기 위하여 물폭을 NSW의 2배로 정의하고, 설정된 해석시간에 따른 타이어와 지면사이에 물 유입 상태별 시간을 설정하며, 각각 설정된 시간에서의 접지경계면을 정의하고, 물의 각 요소(Element)의 위치정보를 읽어서 접지경계면 안에 포함된 물 요소를 판별하고 경제면 안에 포함된 물 볼륨(Volume)을 계산하여 수막 성능을 평가하는 해석기법을 이용한 타이어 수막 성능 측정장치에 관한 것이다.
