렌즈조임너트(No. 400)을 돌리면 카메라렌즈고정핀(No. 300) 3개가 동시에 원의 중심 방향으로 또는 중심과 멀어지는 방향으로 움직이는 구조로 되어 있어 멀티망원경 어댑터를 카메라렌즈 마운트의 지름이 달라도 단단하게 결합되도록 하는 구조로 되어 있다.
또한 대안렌즈(No. 500)의 나사산(No. 500-1)은 어댑터 몸통의 나사부분(No. 200-3)과 나사형태로 결합되도록 하여 대안렌즈(No. 500)를 돌리면 대안렌즈(No. 500)가 전후로 이동하여 대안렌즈의 광학렌즈 (No. 701)의 위치를 가변시켜 카메라렌즈 마다 초점 위치에 맞출 수 있게 되어 있다.
이와 같이 발명된 카메라렌즈용 멀티 망원경 어댑터는 마운트의 규격 및 초점위치가 다른 모든 카메라 렌즈에 사용할 수 있도록 발명되어 있다.
