좌우측에 평면을 구비하는 원판형으로 이루어져 중앙에 형성되는 제1 축홀과, 상기 제1 축홀을 중심으로 방사형으로 다수 형성되되 일측 방향으로 절개되고 그 끝단에 인접하여 제1 힌지홀을 구비하는 제1 힌지브라켓으로 구성되는 제1 허브와;
일 끝단에는 제1 힌지가 형성되어 상기 제1 허브의 제1 힌지홀에 결합하여 방사형으로 펼쳐졌다가 상기 제1 힌지브라켓의 절개된 방향으로 접히도록 구성되는 제1 스포크와;
