본 발명은 좌우 움직임이 가능한 독립운동 부하형 로링운동기기에 관한 것으로서, 일측 회전부하부재와 연결되는 일측 와이어와, 타측 회전부하부재와 연결되는 타측 와이어를 통해 사용자가 특히 왼쪽팔부위근력운동 및 오른쪽팔부위근력은동을 보다 용이하게 개별적으로 행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 필요에 따라 양팔 모두의 근력운동 또한 행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
