摘要：
가열용 레이저빔을 균열 부분에 조사해서 균열 부분의 수분을 제거하고, 이어서 용접용 레이저빔을 균열 부분에 조사해서 균열 부분을 가열 용융시킨다. 가열용 레이저빔 및 용접용 레이저빔을, 원자로 노 저부를 관통하여 고정된 스터브 튜브 등의 통 형상체의 원자로 내부의 전체 면, 통 형상체와 원자로 노 저부 사이의 용접부의 균열에 조사함으로써, 새로운 균열의 발생의 방지와 노수 누설 방지를 한다.
摘要（英）：
