Data is streamed to the receiver from the transmitter, wherein the stream is to have the assumption that the receiver before the data is both transmitted and received will start to use the data transmission data, the streamed data may include forward error correction ( "FEC"), data consumption rate can vary. The transmitter has an input speed and transmission speed, the two speeds may be different, and may be changed.
