摘要：
본 발명은 종래와 같이 대규모의 장치로 구성하지 않고도 잔류염소를 저감 할 수 있는 배수 처리 기구를 제공하는 것으로서, 배수중의 오염성분을 유효 염소에 의해 처리하는 기구로 배수를 처리한 후에 잔류하는 유효 염소를 염소가스로서 휘발시키는 염소가스 분리조(8)를 갖으면서 상기 분리조내에서는 배수가 산성이 되도록 제어하였다. 염소가스 분리조(8)에 있어서 배수가 산성이 되도록 제어함으로써 함유된 잔류염소를 염소 가스로서 휘발시키도록 하였기 때문에 종래와 같은 열분해조나 냉각기를 사용하지 않고 잔류염소를 저감 할 수 있다.
