본 발명은 비 연속주조 시에도 다양한 종류의 몰드파우더의 용융특성을 측정하여, 측정 데이터를 전산으로 받아서 자료화할 수 있는 몰드파우더의 용융특성 측정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 몰드파우더의 용융특성 측정장치는 외측에 가열부를 구비하며, 내화물로 형성된 유도로; 상기 유도로 내부에 삽입되는 카본발열체; 상기 카본발열체 상부에 설치되며, 상기 몰드파우더를 수용하는 시료홀더; 및 상기 카본발열체 하부에 설치되는 포집부;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a measuring device for the mold-powder melting property that can be measured by the melting property of various kinds of mold powder, even when non-continuous casting, receives the measurement data into computational data.
