Refinery off-gas is treated in two process steps in the plant, wherein the off-gas is scrubbed in a washing column for use of the mercaptan and C5 + lean oil for removing hydrocarbons first, since, the hydrogenation processor used olefinic hydrocarbon thereby the saturation, and reduce the hwangryu compound. Very preferably, is mixed with a lean oil from the hydrogenation reactor feed handler outlet separator is used lean oil recirculation to the temperature control of the hydrogenation processor reactor (s) in the configuration for cooling the hydrogenation reactor via a processor evaporated.
