Voltage having an improved phase noise performance and lower power consumption - Method for providing control oscillator circuit are described. In an exemplary embodiment, the voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is coupled to a frequency divider such as a mixer or a two-division circuit. And a coupling variable capacitance coupled to the gates of the transistor pair and a transistor pair having an inductor ring - VCO is magnetically intersect. In an exemplary embodiment, the frequency divider is configured to divide the frequency of the current flowing through the differential transistor pair to generate a LO output. In an alternative exemplary embodiment, the mixer is configured to mix the differential current flowing through the transistor and the other signal. VCO and the mixer or frequency divider, and share a common bias current, thereby reducing power consumption. Various example devices and methods using these techniques are described.
