본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공기 조화 시스템은, 냉매를 압축하는 압축기와, 외부에서 유입되는 워터 파이프를 따라 흐르는 물과 상기 냉매가 열교환하도록 하는 수냉식 열교환기를 수용하는 기계실; 상기 기계실의 상면에 설치되며, 상기 압축기와 유동적으로(fluidly) 연결되는 공냉식 열교환기; 및 상기 공냉식 열교환기의 상측에 위치하는 팬을 포함하고, 상기 공냉식 열교환기를 구성하는 냉매 파이프는 상기 팬의 외측 가장자리를 따라 다수회 절곡되며, 상하 방향으로 연장되는 다각형 통 형상을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
