摘要：
본 발명은 자연수 중에 존재하는 중수소를 분리 제거하여 중수소 감축 수를 제조하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 중수소가 물로 부터 수소 기체로 전달되는데 효과적인 상부의 고온 액상촉매반응탑과 중수소가 수소 기체로 부터 물로 전달되는데 효과적인 하부의 저온 액상촉매반응탑으로 구성된 양온 교대 액상촉매반응탑을 이용하여 물과 수소 사이의 수소동위원소 교환반응을 유도하여 자연수 중의 중수소를 분리 제거하는 중수소 감축 수 제조 장치 및 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
