The present invention transmits a voltage or current converter the voltage or current signal converted by attaching to one side of the connecting line which is connected to ground in the ground wire and the neutral wire for grounding the enclosure of the transformer to the analysis device via a signal transmitter, and a transfer voltage or current analyzing the various waveforms included in the voltage or current detected by applying an FFT waveform analysis algorithm in the data processing module of the analysis unit by the transformer insulation damage to extract the waveform that represents the characteristics stored in the harmonic wave pattern representing the insulation damage to the memory isolation transformer as compared with the waveform pattern when damage due to harmonic-type analysis to determine whether repair of the transformer relates to a diagnostic device.
