For a probe cover dispensing vessel comprises a hollow body and a bottom portion. The hollow body has a first opening at one end and has a second opening at the opposite end. The probe cover is located in the hollow body to the open end side of the first opening. Inside the hollow body adjacent to the second opening is provided adjacent the first portion of the at least one pair. The bottom portion has an opposite end that protrudes out of the second opening end and the hollow body that is accommodated in the hollow body. The bottom portion has a third opening facing the first opening for receiving the hollow body of the probe cover, the bottom part has a bottom portion in the first adjacent portion of the pair in order to prevent it from falling through the second opening wherein there is provided adjacent to the second portion outside the at least a pair of adjacent the third opening to close.
