핑거 내비게이션 패키지 및 그 패키징 방법이 제공된다. 일 실시예에 따른 패키징 방법에 의하면, 기판 상에 광원 및 이면조사형 이미지 센서칩을 실장한다. 상기 광원 또는 상기 이미지 센서칩 상에 수지 액적을 떨어뜨린다. 상기 수지 액적을 리플로우 및 경화시켜, 상기 광원 및 상기 이미지 센서칩을 덮는 몰딩층을 형성한다.

The Finger Navigation package and the packaging method is provided. According to the packaging method according to the embodiment, when the light source is mounted on the substrate and the irradiation type image sensor chip.
