摘要：
본 발명은, (a) 마이에나이트 분말에 열탄소환원 처리를 위한 탄소계 분말을 혼합하여 혼합분말을 준비하는 단계와, (b) 상기 혼합분말을 열탄소환원 처리를 하여 마이에나이트 전자화물을 형성하는 단계와, (c) 상기 열탄소환원 처리되어 형성된 마이에나이트 전자화물을 분쇄하여 분말을 형성하는 단계 및 (d) 분쇄되어 형성된 분말을 방전 플라즈마 소결법을 이용하여 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 마이에나이트형 전자화물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 공정이 간단하고 재현성 있게 n형 열전반도체로 사용될 수 있는 마이에나이트형 전자화물을 제조할 수가 있다.
摘要（英）：
