PURPOSE: A plasma scrubber based on electrolysis is provided to efficiently treat harmful gas by increasing the raising rate of treating temperatures based on the supplying amounts of hydrogen and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A plasma scrubber includes a main unit(10) and an electrolyzing unit. The main unit includes a first body part(11) and a second body part(50). Flame generated by a cathode electrode body(27) and an anode electrode body(33) and auxiliary gas combust harmful gas in the first body part. The second body part is in connection with the first body part. An inner chamber(51) is arranged in the second body part. Harmful gas combusted from the first body part is introduced into the inner chamber. Oxygen and hydrogen are obtained by electrolyzing water in the electrolyzing body and are supplied to the main unit as auxiliary gas.
