摘要：
PURPOSE: A quality abnormality estimating system and method of a railway vehicle auxiliary power unit is provided to grasp the state of an auxiliary power unit through the measurement value of an input/output value of the auxiliary power unit and to analyze using a control chart considering the property of an auxiliary power unit tester. CONSTITUTION: A quality abnormality estimating system comprises an auxiliary power unit tester(1), a data acquisition software(2), a quality abnormality estimating server(3), and a display unit(4). The auxiliary power unit tester measures the input/output value of an auxiliary power unit. The data acquisition software stores measurement data of the auxiliary power unit tester in a quality abnormality estimating database. The quality abnormality estimating server analyzes the measurement data which is stored in the quality abnormality estimating database using a control chart and estimates quality abnormality of the auxiliary power unit. The display unit indicates a quality abnormality estimating result.
