摘要：
PURPOSE: A thermal spray gun having an auxiliary cap, and a coating device are provided to spray new material which is not suitable with general method by controlling spay temperature, speed and oxidation degree. CONSTITUTION: A thermal spray gun and a coating device comprises a chamber(110), an ignition plug(120), and a gun barrel(150). The gun barrel is serially connected in the other side of the chamber. A high velocity spray gun(100) located on the gun barrel injects coating powder to the chamber. An auxiliary cap(400) has a reducer shape contraction part(71) which controls the temperature, pressure, and oxidation, extension(74), and a nozzle. The auxiliary cap is connected to the gun barrel accelerates the flame speed up to supersonic speed. A feeder(200) supplies fuel, air, priming power, and refrigerant to the high velocity spray gun, and control the auxiliary gas speed of the auxiliary cap.
