The present invention provides a lentiviral vector of the pseudo typed as improved chimeric glycoprotein (GP) and the glycoprotein improved. The invention also provides a method and composition of the protein and sugar vector. The improved chimeric GP encodes the extracellular domain of the membrane through GALV GP RDl14 or fused to the cytoplasmic tail of the MLV-A GP. The GALV / TR and RD114 / TR GP chimera as a pseudo-typed vector has a significantly higher threshold than vectors coated with parental GP. Furthermore, RDl14 / TR- pseudo typed vector is efficiently concentrated into a resistance to deactivation caused by the strengthening of the human and macaque monkey serum.
